Hi everyone: In our old version of DSpace (1.3.2) collection administrators have the ability to add new submitters or remove existing ones for their collection. DSpace 1.5.1 doesn't have this feature.
Someone in our faculty of grad studies has collection admin status for the ETD collection in DSpace, and they authorize each student's login to upload their thesis or dissertation (about 1000 a year). When we move to 1.5.1 this will no longer be possible, unless we give them sys admin status. How are folks dealing with this issue? Is it a problem for anyone?
