Hi there Mariano I would hesitate to use the document quoted as an evaluation tool :http://eduforge.org/docman/view.php/131/1062/Repository%20Evaluation%20Document.pdf for the following reasons.
1. It's very out of date - 3 years is a long time ago .... 2. It was written for a NZ repository project and most of the Universities in New Zealand, chose DSpace as a platform so that's an interesting outcome! 3. There were a number of inaccuracies, particularly about the DSpace software. 4. The consultants who wrote the report do not come from a repository manager or repository developer background.
