International Conference on Digital Libraries Digital Libraries: Shaping the Information Paradigm 23-26 February 2010 The Energy and Resources Institute(TERI) invites your attention to ICDL 2010, the third conference in the Institute’s ICDL (International Conference on Digital Libraries) series. The theme of ICDL 2010 is ‘Digital Libraries: Shaping the Information Paradigm’and the conference will focus on the strengths and potential of digital libraries and their role in education, cultural, social and economic development. TERI has contributed to the DL movement by organizing two highly successful International Conferences on DL’s and has created a land mark. The first ever conference of such magnitude was organised by TERI in 2004 and was inaugurated by the then Hon’ble President of India Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam. The Previous two seminars received overwhelmed response in terms of high quality paper contributions as well as the participants. The ICDL 2010 aims to bring together a galaxy of experts, researchers, academics, and scholar students and provide an international platform to address issues relevant to digital libraries.
