catalina.out contains lots of errors. We probably should have covered things like environment first. I was assuming Linux, but I did not ask.
The problem you run into are the space characters in the path. (C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0\) Please install Tomcat into a different directory without all the white spaces.
