Hi.
I need help in a situation that seems to be related to session timeout.
I could describe the problem in these steps:
1. Someone logs in DSpace
2. S/he stops working with DSpace while leaving the 'session' active
3. When trying to resume the work, DSpace seems to have unlogged the user and opens a new login page
4. When the s/he logs again, DSpace enters unstable status, with sort of erratic behaviour, returning to the login screen when the user try to use DSpace
The only way to return to correct behaviour is to clean the cache of the browser.
Even if I couldn't solve the problem I'd like to increase the timeout parameter. I don't know how to do it. It looks like I have to chante something in Tomcat configuration but I'm not sure.
Any help is welcome.
