Good afternoon, After an upgrade from 3.2 to 4.1, we're seeing something very similar. Deleting the solr search 'data' directory and running 'dspace index-discovery -f', it looks like all of the fulltext fields are simply 'org.apache.commons.io.input.AutoCloseInputStream@' with various numbers following the @. After optimizing, all of the fulltext fields disappear.
I found this by running 'wget http://localhost:8080/solr/search/select?q=*'. Our setup is: DSpace 4.1/XMLUI RHEL6 Tomcat7 Java 1.7 I'm not sure how to begin to troubleshoot this, so any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
