Hi P. Hadadan, Unfortunately, DSpace doesn't support importing entire folder structures into Collections.
A list of all valid ways to import content into DSpace is in the Documentation at: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC4x/Ingesting+Content+and+Metadata Likely, in this scenario, since you already have folders, your best option would be to try to translate/transform these into DSpace "Simple Archive Format" folders. See: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC4x/Importing+and+Exporting+Items+via+Simple+Archive+Format However, that only works for *items*. So, for any Communities/Collections, you'd have to create them manually or import the hierarchy by creating a Community/Collection XML file.
