I am not able to download files after uploading. The systems takes so long and eventually times out when you click on the download link for files. I have encountered this problem before on dspace 5.3 but can't remember or find info on the file I edited last time. I am running dspace-5.4 on ubuntu 14.04 LTS server. Any help will be appreciated.
