If all you want to do is configure DSpace to track statistics in Google
Analytics, it's an easy configuration.
If you are using JSPUI, in dspace.cfg, uncomment this configuration and
paste in your GA key:
https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/dspace-5_x/dspace/config/dspace.cfg#L1959
If you are using XMLUI, in dspace.cfg, uncomment this configuration and
paste in your GA key:
https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/dspace-5_x/dspace/config/dspace.cfg#L2067
If you want to use DSpace's newer Google Analytics Reporting features (
where the DSpace interface can report statistics from your Google
Analytics account), it's currently only available from the XMLUI. Its
setup instructions are at:
