Im not a Dspace developer so i don't know many details about it, but i can
tell you that it is the same user/pass that is used on graphical API, which
is also the same as the one created by "create-administrator" option via
console.

AFAIK, this info is stored on database - at least it was on some older
versions that i checked - but i don't know if it has been changed on this
version. But i don't see any reasons for it to be done.

Why do you ask? Are you having any trouble to login via REST?
