It is working from https://ir.library.msstate.edu/dspace/jspui/shibboleth-login but https://ir.library.msstate.edu/shibboleth-login is not working https://ir.library.msstate.edu/ is pointing to the same directory as https://ir.library.msstate.edu/dspace/jspui/shibboleth-login in tomcat server cfg.
