Most likely, during the last upgrade you copied your [dspace]/config/ directory from a previous DSpace version.
Try replacing your [dspace]/config/spring/ directory with the [dspace-source]/dspace/config/spring/ from the source which corresponds to your current DSpace version. If that doesn't help, rebuild your dspace, but before "mvn package" run "mvn clean".
