Any of the web applications that come with DSpace: JSPUI, XMLUI, OAI, REST, LNI, SWORD, SWORD2, RDF. Any of these should record itself in the Webapp table when it starts. This was the best way I could think of to address a requirement for the 'dspace version' command to indicate which applications are running. I need to find out why this is not happening. I recall hearing of another site where this happens. I don't believe that it indicates any significant problem at your site; it's just annoying.
