I changed direct at the database some items between two collections. I changed in the tables "collection2item" and "item" the columns "item_id" and "owning_collection", respectively. If I go to the page that the files shouldn't be there anymore, they are still here. I've already tried to:
-use [dspace]/bin/dspace index-discovery -b; -use [dspace]/bin/dspace index-update -stop and restart index-discovery; -restart tomcat7.
