When a particular user logs in, the communities and collections do not
display, only up to 'Select a community to browse its collections', and the

Other users are not affected. That is, the communities and collections
display without error.

Any ideas what's going on here and what I can do to rectify it?

I'm using Mirage 2 on DSpace 5.4, Tomcat 8, JDK 1.8, Postgres 9.4, Windows
Server 2012
