Hey, Vimal.

It could be system memory, JVM memory, file permissions, etc. You should
check the Tomcat Catalina logs:

/var/log/tomcat7/catalina.out

If there was a problem it will usually be near a line labeled "SEVERE". You
should also check the DSpace log as well. For example:

[dspace]/log/dspace.log.2016-03-11
