Hi Shaun,
The Mirage theme overrides the "dri2xhtml-alt" base theme. The search
results page is generated from an XSL under that theme, namely the
"dri2xhtml-alt/aspect/artifactbrowser/discovery.xsl"
Here's the full XSL for DSpace 5.x:

Specifically, look for the "itemSummaryList" template which is used for
any lists of items in search results, etc.
