Good eye. I realized I made a typo in trying to enable versioning for
JSPUI. So, it was not enabled.
I've fixed that issue, and can verify that versioning is now enabled for
JSPUI. Simply login as the Admin acct, visit an Item page, and you'll
see a "Create version of this item" button listed in the Admin Tools menu.

It's on the list of features to be enabled, so I just wanted to double
check because I can't see it anywhere. I have not used this feature
before so may be missing something obvious as well. XMLUI appears to
have it prominently displayed.
If it's enabled but does not appear, I'll record it as a bug.
