I'm following the standard instructions for importing and exporting items from DSpace are at https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC18/Importing+and+Exporting+Items+via+Simple+Archive+Format but seem to be unable to get DSPACE to export locked files attached to items.
Is there a way to force all files to be exported?
