Please ignore my previous example, it turned out that number of items retrieved from that particular collection is the same. Here's another example: http://repository.seafdec.org.ph/oai/request?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&set=col_10862_69 retrieved 286 records while https://repository.seafdec.org.ph/handle/10862/69/browse?type=title returned 280 records.
