I've received a request to remove Browse by Subjects from the right hand menu.
I have followed the documentation at https://wiki.duraspace.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=30218817 and have commented out the line "webui.browse.index.4 = subject:metadata:dc.subject.*:text" from the dspace.cfg file. I have re-indexed solr and the ability to browse by subject has definitely been disabled as I get an "Invalid Parameter" message when I browse by subject. However, I cannot seem to be able to remove the "Subjects" entry from the browse by list. Commenting it out in messages.xml just gives me an untranslated element in the browse by menu.
