Hi Stefan, Thank you for you replies.
The database migration process was successful and the xmlui.xconf configuration is appropriate. The problem is not with workflow framework that works right. The problem is with submissions to a particular collection. We send a item to a specific collection and the item skips workflow configuration. I check the documentation for a probably misconfiguration.
