Hello Yusuf, am I understanding correctly that you want to change an items setting, that both the item landing page and the bitstreams are not anonymously accessible? Check the authorizations of the item in detail. Log in as admin -> Edit Item -> Authorizations There you find a list of authorizations for the different "parts" of the item (the item, the bundles and bitstreams) Most likely you did not change the bitstream authorizations.
