In order to remove the class from the element, you would need to modify the
xsl files.

To keep the change simple, you could override the behavior of your
word-break class.

#aspect_artifactbrowser_ItemViewer_div_item-view .word-break {
}


I recommend adding your CSS overrides to

dspace\modules\xmlui-mirage2\src\main\webapp\themes\Mirage2\styles\_styles.scss

You will need to do a full rebuild in order to compile the Mirage2 CSS.
