I am using DSpace 5.5 and the XMLUI implementation using the Mirage theme. I have one piece of my puzzle that I am struggling with. Namely reporting on bitstream downloads and the users who execute the downloads.
In a nutshell, I want to be able to report on bitstream downloads. Specifically, statistics on how many times each bitstream has been downloaded and which user did the downloads. In reading the docs and doing some other research, it leads me to think that this is possibly already available in the “out-of-the-box” solution – just that I don’t know how to enable it, or, it is something that would be easy to introduce.
