Helix,

This isn’t an upgrade.  We would dump all the database/assetstore via the
export option.  Rebuild Dspace from scratch, and the reload using import.

I’m just wondering if there would be an issue with handle conflicts since
the community/collection would be built at the beginning and there are 10
community/collection handles that would change and possibly conflict with
10 existing items/records.  We don’t see 10 being a problem.

What I am concerned about is the postgresql database itself having issues.

Does this help clarify my wants/needs?
