I was attempting to rebase the following PR and I seem to have messed it
up. It now shows many, many changes within the PR.

https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/pull/1546/commits

But, if I preform a compare, the set of changes look correct.

https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/compare/master...terrywbrady:ds3282

What approach can I take to clean up this PR? I know I could just create a
new PR off a new branch, but I would like to know how to resolve this
within the existing PR.

Thanks, Terry
