Hello, you can configure this in [dspace]/config/dspace.cfg https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/dspace-3_x/dspace/config/dspace.cfg#L1473 just add dc.relation.uri(link) to the list of metadata displayed in the simple item display.
