Hi, You'll have to contact Google Scholar if you wish to have your content removed from their search engine. Here's their FAQ which includes a question on requesting content removal: https://scholar.google.com/intl/en/scholar/publishers.html#questions
To avoid having your content be indexed by Google Scholar, you may wish to consider either updating your robots.txt file (to tell it not to index your site), or possibly even access restricting the content in DSpace (if you don't want anyone to be able to publicly access the PDFs).
