Hello, I installed DSpace and made some small modifications in messages_pl.xml just to learn the rebuilding process. I followed https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC5x/Localization+L10n#LocalizationL10n-XMLUIspecificlocalization. Rebuild seems to be successful because as a result the updated file appeared in dspace/webapps/xmlui/i18n, containing updated text.
BUT, I still cannot see the changes on the website. So where does DSpace take these texts from? After digging in the server I noticed that there is a folder webapps containing xmlui (with i18n, which obviously doesn't contain my edits to the messages_pl.xml), both within apache-tomcat-8.5.4… I am not sure, but I feel there might be some incorrect mappings and DSpace actually doesn't "take" from dspace/webapps but from apache-tomcat-8.5.4/webapps?
