I hope I have the same question. We applied for a grant to digitize some photos, and would like to describe them twice, in english and in polish. (this would apply to dc:title and dc:description). DSpace already keeps the language for each entry in the database , and it is displayed e.g. thusly:
However, it is set globally somewhere, and not true in individual case. Would it be possible to add an element is entry form definition, e.g. <field> <dc-schema>dc</dc-schema> <dc-element>abstract</dc-element> * <field-language>pl</field-language>* [...] </field> and store this value in *metadatavalue.text_lang*Thanks in advance -Marek On Monday, August 24, 2015 at 5:01:19 PM UTC-4, Mathias Hjelt wrote: > > I have a question regarding customization of the submission input forms. > Our requirement is that the submitting user should be able to enter the > title of a document in two languages of his own choice, say English and > German. > > How do I accomplish this?
