In 5.6 the string is present in the message catalogue https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/dspace-5.6/dspace-xmlui/src/main/webapp/i18n/messages.xml#L253 and it is used in the Feedback Form https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/dspace-5.6/dspace-xmlui/src/main/java/org/dspace/app/xmlui/aspect/artifactbrowser/FeedbackForm.java#L52 Did you do an overlay of the message catalogue and maybe using one where the key is missing? I did a grep search to see where this (FeedbackForm.para1) appears and I found it referenced in the messages.xml files (all except for the one in English). Any idea why this is displaying?
