Hello everyone, When I submit an item and select a creative commnons license, the server is stopped and next error appears in the log:

ERROR org.dspace.license.CreativeCommons @ Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ Then I go to MyDSpace and there is the item which I can keep editing and finishing uploading.
