It's not possible with anything.  The service has no way of knowing what 
the client will do with the document it serves out.  The HTTP protocol has 
no way of expressing whether the client intends to save the document, and 
if it did, the client could lie.  The only possible protections against 
forbidden use of Web documents are legal, not technical.  You can require 
the user to execute an agreement not to save these audio files, and make 
then available only to authenticated users who have signed the agreement.
