Hi Alex,

In recent versions of DSpace, the OAI-PMH index is managed via a
commandline script ("[dspace]/bin/dspace oai import") which must be
scheduled to run (usually via cron). So, it may be that this script has
not be run recently to update your OAI-PMH index.

It's also possible that the OAI-PMH cache is causing issues here. It can
be cleared via the "[dspace]/bin/dspace oai clean-cache" command. Here's
more on that:

One of the two of those should solve the problem. But, if not, let us know
on this mailing list.
