Hi, Everyone: I think I figured out my problem. First off, on our test system we have items that have never been viewed. This was confusing the issue for us. Also, I forgot that on January 1st, I had a cron job set to run "dspace stats-util -s" which creates a new solr index for 2018. So, the view stats is not showing views from 2017. Problem solved (I think!)

On our test server which is running DSpace 6.2 (modified XMLUI Mirage 2), we seem to be having a problem with the "View Usage Statistics" link for items. Some items are showing statistics while other items are displaying the statistics page with no data whatsoever (even if the item has been viewed). I tried running the "bin/dspace solr-reindex-statistics -a reindex -i statistics" command, but that hasn't changed the data display. Our migration to production is being held up by this problem. Is there something that I should do to fix these statistics? Thank you in advance. -- *************************** George Kozak Digital Library Specialist Cornell University Library - IT 218 Olin Library Cornell University Ithaca, NY 14853 607-255-8924 <(607)%20255-8924> [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "DSpace Technical Support" group.
