Dear Samhati Soor, a good way is to import via Simple Archive Format ( https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC6x/Importing+and+Exporting+Items+via+Simple+Archive+Format ). There is a tool ( https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSPACE/Simple+Archive+Format+Packager ) you can use for it. At our institution e.g. we wrote a simple tool in Python therefor because of individual requirements.
