Can anybody shed some light on what the following lines from my apache.log indicate:

I don't understand how this could be since I have ProxyRequests Off in proxy.conf. So it should only act as a reverse proxy, or have I completely misunderstood everything? Sorry, I realise this is only indirectly related to DSpace, but I am using Apache and mod_proxy in front of my tomcat, as I believe others on this list are also doing.
