I checked the file encoding that was in utf-8 and i altered it to utf-8
without BOM and it worked.
I was using SAFbuilder an external application to generate metadatas and
bitstreams in large scale to import directly to dspace. But specific in
files with whitespaces it was returning the file contents in ANSI encoding.
So i altered the SAFbuilder to save the file contents in utf-8 and solved
the problem. :D
