Hello, As you are using the XMLUI, it is possible that the old value is being cached in the UI (as the XMLUI does cache pages frequently).
Try clearing the XMLUI Cache by doing the following: 1. Login as an Admin 2. Go to the "Administrative -> Control Panel" in the sidebar 3. Select the "Java Information" tab 4. On that tab, click the link near the bottom that says "Clear Cache Immediately" Once the XMLUI cache is cleared, if you refresh the page in your browser, the new value of the feedback.recipient should hopefully appear on the contact us page.
