Connection to the database failed on incorrect credentials, probably because you put the correct ones in 'local.cfg' but for some reason that file was not found by the Ant script. See "org.apache.commons.configuration.ConfigurationException: cannot locate configuration source local.cfg" on the 13th line of the first screenshot, just after "test_database:". It's unlikely that anything good will happen until this is fixed. The test_database task ultimately failed because it used the default database credentials from config/dspace.cfg, which are "db.username = dspace", "db.password = dspace", and which we may hope are not what you actually used when you set up the DSpace account in the DBMS.
The second screenshot doesn't go back far enough to see the cause of the problem, but it looks like it may be the same issue. You can use the test_database task yourself to verify that you have a good database connection before proceeding with fresh_install: 'ant test_database'. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "DSpace Technical Support" group.
