Hi Claudia, I thank you very much for your attention and help, I have already managed to get the files not downloaded (I have to do one in one), and as you can see in the attached image I have the option "Request a Copy", please tell me how to configure the sending of these messages. Who gets the mail ?. Where do I configure?
