Hello, I don't think DSpace itself allows this kind of configuration, but if you have another HTTP server in front of DSpace (like nginx or Apache HTTPD) you could do some tricks with the dspace.current.user.id cookie. Only logged in users have this cookie set, so you could check for the existence of this cookie and then re-direct users to the login page.
