Dear All,

      When i am logging in into my dspace account using my username and 
pwd, the option for batch upload is not appearing. 

      Someone suggested that the user name / pwd i am using is not that of 
the admin/ superadmin.

      If it is so, kindly suggest me how can i find/ reset the username/ 
pwd of superadmin on the dspace server, because the full installation of 
dspace and cpontrol of server is with me.
