Hi, this is the expected behaviour - the oai_dc metadata format has no provision for exposing information about bitstreams (see the schema here: http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/oai_dc.xsd). You can see the bitstream links if you switch to one of the other metadata formats enabled on your DSpace instance (see https://jckldigital.ucmo.edu/oai/request?verb=ListMetadataFormats for a list), eg see the mets metadata format for your particular record: https://jckldigital.ucmo.edu/oai/request?verb=GetRecord&metadataPrefix=mets&identifier=oai:centralspace-test.ucmo.edu:10768/10
