Hi Kevin, As this sounds like a question specific to one service provider (Atmire), I'd recommend asking it to them directly. The RIOXX patch that you mentioned looks to be this one: https://github.com/atmire/RIOXX It is created and maintained by Atmire.
That said, I know Atmire staff are on this mailing list as well, so they can pop up and answer if they wish.
