Hello, We are using OpenSearch in DSpace 5.8 to provide dynamic RSS feeds for some queries. I am wondering if there is any sort of advanced query syntax to limit the search results similar to what is possible in the Discovery search with "equals" and "contains".
For example, this Discovery query for "Apple" will only return items where the subject matches the term "Apple" exactly: https://dspace/discover?filtertype=subject&filter_relational_operator=equals&filter=Apple Whereas this OpenSearch query will return items matching "Apple" and any others that contain the search term like "Apples and Bananas". https://dspace/open-search/discover?query=subject:Apple&sort_by=3&order=DESC Thank you, -- Alan Orth alan.o...@gmail.com https://picturingjordan.com https://englishbulgaria.net https://mjanja.ch "In heaven all the interesting people are missing." ―Friedrich Nietzsche -- All messages to this mailing list should adhere to the DuraSpace Code of Conduct: https://duraspace.org/about/policies/code-of-conduct/ --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "DSpace Technical Support" group.
