Kia ora Christian, The technical term for what you want to do is putting the keywords in “title case”.
I’d suggest: 1) exporting the records 2) making the changes in something like Excel (see eg https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Change-the-case-of-text-01481046-0fa7-4f3b-a693-496795a7a44d) 3) then importing the records again The batch editing process is outlined at eg https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC5x/Batch+Metadata+Editing for version 5.* – if you’re on another version, note the link at the top. I’d suggest testing this with just a couple of records first to be confident with your process before you do it for the whole repository.
