Whenever you see that message, you should inspect DSpace's log file at the 
time of the error to see what actually happened.  When you are the 
administrator of a DSpace instance, that "contact us" means that the user 
should contact *you*.  The community is here to help you, but we need to 
see what was logged when the error occurred.  It is better to include too 
much, than too little.
