If you go to https://repository.wpunj.edu/oai?verb=Identify and look at the default context options you can get a bit further forward seeing what works and what doesn’t.
It’s happily bringing up the list of sets, and the list of metadata formats (including oai_dc) but not the list of records or identifiers which your vendor needs to harvest your records. I suspect you’ve never actually built your OAI index – see https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC5x/OAI+2.0+Server about how to run OAI Manager (and how to run it as a scheduled task).
